PFG Capital, LP | Matthew DePrato

Mr. DePrato Joined PFG Capital in 2005 and is our Director of Operations. Over the past few years, Mr. DePrato has assisted with the acquisition and development process of PFG Capital’s StorageWORKs! Self Storage properties. He has identified, researched, and analyzed hundreds of real estate markets across the country and has built a growing database of existing self storage facilities in the U.S. Mr. DePrato continues to help grow PFG Capital through new property acquisitions and is always looking for new real estate opportunities.

In addition to assisting with real estate acquisitions and development, Mr. DePrato is responsible for all marketing efforts of PFG Capital and its subsidiaries. Mr. DePrato holds an Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Elizabethtown College.
